We are celebrating our 23rd year of service to the South Bay real estate market, and we are still fresh in our pursuit of excellence. Our founding Brokers, Jack Gillespie and Jim VanZanten, are active agents, with hand-on involvement in training, sales and firm management. Both are long-time South Bay residents and developers, and have experienced the growth of this community on both personal and business levels.
Both are deeply involved in many aspects of South Bay life, volunteering time and expertise to several organizations that lift up the community as a whole.
