* Developing and Building Quality Homes in the South Bay
* Real Estate Property Loss Consulting
* Public Insurance Adjusting - specializing in buildings
* I also spent some time in Hollywood as a producer/production manager.
DESIGNATIONS & CREDENTIALS
I believe in keeping current and enhansing my industry knowledge.
* Broker. Not all agents are brokers as well. This title requires more studying and an additional all day state exam, not to mention a greater amount of responsibility.
* CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Only 3% of agents and brokers in the country have this designation. This designation required my selling at least $25,000,000 worth of real estate within a 5-year period and taking several 1 and 2 day courses with exams.
* GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute). To get this designation I took 12 full day courses and had to pass an exam at the end of each day. The courses added to my knowledge of the inner working of my profession.
* QSC (Quality Service Certified). This designation guarantees quality service to my clients. I will state exactly what I will do for my clients and then follow up. At the end of the transaction the client will be asked to fill out a Quality Assurance Survey given by an independent party and the results put on the Internet for all to see.
* CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist). This designation prepares me for the selling of new construction homes.
* RCC (Residential Construction Certified). To receive this designation I learned how a house is constructed, from foundation to roof.
* Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
* Member of the California Association of Realtors
* Member of the National Association of Realtors

I Specialize in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, consisting of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Palos Verdes, Hawthorne, Gardena, Lomita, Lawndale, Palos Verdes and beyond. A FAMILY MAN
A long time resident of Manhattan Beach, I enjoy the beach life with my wife, Robyn, also a realtor, and my two kids, Benjamin and Perrie and two dogs, Sandy and Riley.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
My involvement in the community includes volunteer work with the YMCA, boy scouts, kids’ schools and coaching sports teams. I’m a member of the board of directors of the local Temple and I compete in local triathlons, running and swimming events.
